8-DAYS BEST OF KENYA:

NAIROBI / Mt. KENYA / SAMBURU / LAKE NAKURU / MASAI MARA / LAKE NAIVASHA / NAIROBI / MOMBASA

Day 1: Nairobi / Mount Kenya
Arrive in Nairobi depart for Mt. Kenya region. Check in at your “Tree hotel”, Serena Mountain lodge or similar for lunch. At night you can observe animals from your verandah / balcony as they come to drink at the water hole. Dinner and overnight at your “Tree hotel”.

Day 2: Mount Kenya / Samburu
After breakfast depart for the semi-arid Samburu, further north of Mt. Kenya, crossing the Equator arriving at Sarova Shaba lodge or similar for lunch. Afternoon safari photo. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Samburu
Whole day dedicated to game viewing in this reserve known for its unique species of game like: Beisa Oryx, Reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Somali Ostrich, etc. All meals and overnight at your lodge.

Day 4: Samburu / Lake Nakuru
After breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in Sarova Lion Hill or similar for lunch. Afternoon game spotting around the Lake, renowned for its millions of seasonal pink flamingos. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru / Masai Mara
Early morning safari photo in the park, breakfast and depart for the famous Masai Mara game reserve, arriving for lunch. Afternoon game spotting in the Mara. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Mara luxury camp or similar.

Day 6: Masai Mara
Whole day dedicated to game viewing, with the option of a visit to a Masai village or balloon ride that departs at 06.00hrs and ends with a champagne breakfast in the plains. All meals and overnight at your camp.

Day 7: Masai Mara / Lake Naivasha
After breakfast route for Lake Naivasha for lunch at Lake Naivasha lodge. Afternoon optional boat ride dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha lodge.
Day 8: Lake Naivasha / Nairobi / Mombasa
After breakfast drive to Nairobi. With lunch at the famous Nairobi Carnivore restaurant. Afternoon at leisure. Evening transfer to the railway station for your overnight train to Mombasa. Or transfer to NBO airport to catch your flight back home.
